Liberty Market is grounded in the local community starting with its historic building and name dating back to 1935.
Founded by partners Chef David & Kiersten Traina and Gilbert restaurateur Joe & Cindy Johnston, the restaurant provides a unique, local dining experience that feels like home.

The Strada Espresso Bar features traditional hand crafted espresso & coffee drinks, cold brew coffee, tea and more.
Our wood-fired pizza is made to order with fresh ingredients and finished in the beautiful, authentic Renato oven.

Joe & Cindy are a dynamic husband/wife team. Joe is a recognized East Valley restaurateur & entrepreneur (Agritopia, Joe's Real BBQ, Joe's Farm Grill, The Coffee Plantation).
Chef David and his wife Kiersten have been the driving force behind the menu, personality and the day-to-day operations at Liberty Market since it opened.
